Formula:
(1) Two guavas, as ripe as possible, remove seeds, add some cold water, blend into juice and drink. Effects are rapid.
(2) One papaya, cut into four pieces, eat one piece only—more is ineffective. Highly effective for diarrhea. Not suitable for elderly people.
