Fresh celery 120g, fresh lotus slices 120g, raw oil 15g, fine salt a little. Wash celery and lotus slices first. Cut celery into 1-inch pieces. Heat wok over high flame, add raw oil until heated, then stir-fry celery and lotus slices, season with appropriate amount of salt, stir-fry for 5 minutes, then add taste seasoning (monosodium glutamate) to finish.
