🌿 Pig Lung Rice Porridge

[Ingredients] 500g pig lung, 100g glutinous rice, 50g Coix seed, cooking wine, green onion, ginger, salt, monosodium glutamate, as needed.
[Preparation] Wash pig lung thoroughly, add appropriate amount of water, cooking wine, cook until 70% done, remove, dice, then combine with washed glutinous rice and Coix seed in a pot. Add green onion, ginger, salt, and monosodium glutamate. Boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat until rice is soft and well-cooked.
[Usage] Can be consumed as a meal. Regular consumption yields significant results.
[Effect] Tonifies spleen and lungs, relieves cough. Suitable for chronic bronchitis.
[Commentary] Pig lung is an excellent tonic for the lungs, primarily clearing heat and moistening lungs. It works well for chronic bronchitis caused by yin deficiency and lung heat. Coix seed strengthens spleen and resolves phlegm. Combined, both herbs enhance cough relief and phlegm transformation. Note: Pig lung should not be consumed with white-flowered vegetables.
