Lizhihe 15g, Xiaohuixiang 10g, Juhé 15g, Jingmi 50g. First decoct Lizhihe, Juhé, and Xiaohuixiang together, filter out the liquid. Use this liquid to cook rice porridge with jingmi. Men can consume it anytime. Women should start taking 1 dose twice daily (morning and evening) one day after menstruation ends, continuing for 1 week; repeat during the next menstrual cycle, for a total of 3 months.
