🌿 Rickets Formula Five
Several pieces of turtle plastron (the ventral shell of a turtle). Soak turtle plastron in clean water for 3 days, changing water daily. Scrape off impurities, place in a clay pot, add plenty of water, simmer gently for 8–10 hours daily, continue for 3 days, then dry in sun and grind into fine powder.
Each time 1g, 2–3 times daily, swallow with warm water. This formula effectively prevents and treats pediatric rickets.<Rickets>
