Danshen and Safflower Stewed Oyster Recipe: Danshen 6g, safflower 6g, oyster 300g, cooking wine 20g, ginger 10g, scallion 15g, salt 4g. Preparation: Soak Danshen, slice; wash safflower; clean oyster with dilute salt water, drain, slice thinly; slice ginger, cut scallions into segments. Place oyster, Danshen, safflower, cooking wine, ginger, scallion, salt in stew pot, add 600ml water. Boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for 25 minutes. Usage: Once daily, consume 50g oyster meat each time. Effect: Promotes Qi flow and activates blood circulation. Used for intercostal neuralgia patients.<Neuralgia>
