Function: Expel roundworms from bile ducts. Indicated for biliary ascariasis.
【Prescription Composition】
Chuanliannzi 15 grams, Wu Mei 30 grams, Chuangjiao 9 grams, Huangbai 9 grams, Guangmuxiang 9 grams, Qingpi (vinegar-fried) 9 grams, Zhike 9 grams, Shijunzi 15 grams, Kuxianpi 24 grams, Binglang 12 grams, decoct and take orally.
【Differential Diagnosis and Modification】
If pulse is deep and extremities cold, add Ganjiang 9 grams, Fuzi 9 grams, Guizhi 9 grams; if pulse is slippery and rapid, face red, feverish, heat in gallbladder, add Yinhua 15 grams, Huangqin 9 grams, Shan Zhi 9 grams, Yinchen 15 grams, Huanglian 6 grams; if urine is red and stool dry, add Chuanjun 9 grams, Yuanmingfen (dissolved) 9 grams; if pain persists and constitution is weak, add Dangshen 12 grams, Danggui 9 grams.<anthelmintic>
