🌿 Astragalus Chicken Broth Porridge

[Ingredients] 1 hen, astragalus 15g, glutinous rice 100g.
[Preparation] Remove feathers and internal organs from hen, clean thoroughly, concentrate into chicken broth. Boil astragalus 15g twice, collect juice, mix with chicken broth and glutinous rice 100g, then cook into porridge.
[Usage] Consume warm twice daily, morning and evening.
[Action] Tonifies qi and blood, fills essence and marrow, boosts yang qi, consolidates exterior and stops sweating. Indicated for chronic illness with deficiency of both qi and blood, anemia, fatigue, spontaneous sweating.
[Commentary] The combination of astragalus and chicken strengthens the spleen and stomach, tonifies qi and blood, making it an excellent remedy for deficiency and spontaneous sweating. Avoid use during colds or fever with unresolved exterior pathogenic factors.
