Blood deficiency leads to inadequate nourishment of the Chong and Ren vessels, resulting in empty blood sea and amenorrhea. The main ingredient, cuttlefish meat, is a "living substance" highly effective in nourishing blood and regulating menstruation. Together, they nourish blood to regulate menstruation and activate blood to regulate menstruation, with nourishing blood being primary.
