Chinese Yam 15g, Black Sesame Seeds 120g, Rock Sugar 125g, Rice 60g, Milk as needed. Wash rice, soak for 1 hour, drain and dry. Cut Chinese yam finely, roast sesame seeds until fragrant. Mix all ingredients in a bowl, add water and milk, blend into a paste, strain to obtain fine pulp, pour back into pot, simmer over low heat until boiling, add rock sugar, stir continuously until forming a porridge. Take 2 tablespoons twice daily.
