Alpinia oxyphylla, White Aconite Root, Ligusticum chuanxiong, White Wax, Lingling Fragrance, White芷, Apricot Seed, each 60 grams; Poria, Licorice Powder, each 30 grams; Sheep Marrow (processed) 150 grams. Combine the ten ingredients with equal parts wine and water (250 ml each), soak overnight, then decoct three times up and down until the wine and water vapors are fully evaporated, strain off residue, store for use.
