🌿 Sugar Roll Fruit for Beauty

Raisins (pitted) 500 grams, fresh yam 1000 grams (peeled), red sugar as needed.
[Preparation and Usage] First break raisins into pieces, wash clean, then cut yam into pieces similar in size to raisins. Mix slightly with flour, steam until cooked, wrap in clean gauze to form long strips, cool, slice into blocks, fry until golden brown with peanut oil, then stir-fry with melted red sugar. Eat cold as desired.
