🌿 Lily Red Date Porridge

This porridge is especially suitable for women. Glutinous rice is sweet and neutral, tonifies qi and stops sweating. Lily is sweet, bitter, slightly cold, clears heat and calms the spirit, treats deficiency fire and promotes bowel and urinary function.
