🌿 Nourishing Heart Three-Silk Soup

[Ingredients] 10g sour jujube seeds, 10g太子参 (Prince Ginseng), 3 eggs, ham, dried mushrooms, salt, yellow wine, green onions, ginger juice, monosodium glutamate, and sesame oil as needed.
[Preparation] Boil sour jujube seeds and Prince Ginseng to extract the decoction; boil eggs until cooked, remove shells and yolks, cut egg whites into strips; rehydrate dried mushrooms and ham, then slice finely. Bring water to boil in a pot, first add ham and mushroom strips and simmer for 10 minutes, then add egg white strips, medicinal liquid, and seasonings, cook until done, thicken with starch slurry, and drizzle with sesame oil.
[Usage] Consume empty stomach in the morning and evening.
[Efficacy] Calms the heart, soothes the spirit, strengthens qi, and invigorates the spleen.
[Indications] Physical weakness, poor appetite, insomnia, and vivid dreams.
