【Composition】Soapberry spine 30g, du huo 9g, prepared aconite 9g, cinnamon bark 6g, turmeric root 15g, poria 15g, coix seed 30g, stephania root 9g.
【Usage】Decoct and take orally, one dose per day, twice daily.

【Formula Name】Shujin Huoluo Yin (Tendon-Loosening and Circulation-Activating Decoction).
【Composition】Du huo 15g, thunder god vine 12g, thousand-year health 10g, eucommia 12g, achyranthes root 15g, dogwood 12g, papaya 10g, chicken blood vine 30g, safflower 9g, angelica 12g, ligusticum 9g, earthworm 10g.

【Diagnosis】Wind-cold-damp invading skin, lodging in meridians, dampness congealing into phlegm, phlegm and blood stasis mutually obstructing, blocking channels, disrupting smooth flow of nutritive and defensive qi.
【Treatment Principle】Expel wind, remove dampness, activate blood, dissolve phlegm, unblock meridians.
【Formula Name】Tongjing Zhitong Tang (Meridian-Opening and Pain-Relieving Decoction).
【Composition】Processed southern star 10g, white芷 10g, yellow柏 10g, ligusticum 10g, safflower 10g, qianghuo 10g, wild rosemary 25g, poria 15g, peach kernel 15g, stephania root 15g, yuanhu 15g, du huo 15g, gentiana 6g, spirit grain 12g, cassia twig 12g.
【Usage】Decoct and take orally, one dose per day, twice daily. One course lasts 3 days.

【Formula Name】Quibi Tang (Remove Obstruction Decoction).
【Composition】Fine cinnamon 6–12g, processed Rhizoma Coptidis 6–12g, processed Aconite root 6–12g, ephedra 15g, achyranthes root 20g, papaya 20g, frankincense 10g.
【Usage】Decoct and take orally, one dose per day, twice daily. Start with small doses of fine cinnamon and processed aconite, gradually increase dosage.

Chinese Herbal Formula (VI)
【Diagnosis】Wind-cold invasion, meridians blocked.
【Treatment Principle】Expel wind, dispel cold, activate blood, unblock meridians.
【Formula Name】She Xie Tang (Snake and Scorpion Decoction).
【Composition】Ushering snake 10g, stir-fried earthworm 10g, silkworm pupa 10g, cassia twig 10g, ligusticum 10g, licorice 10g, whole scorpion 6g, processed Aconite root 6g, processed Rhizoma Coptidis 6g, centipede 4g.
【Usage】Boil processed Aconite and Rhizoma Coptidis first for 30 minutes to reduce toxicity, then add other herbs. Extract 300ml of liquid, one dose per day.

【Composition】Coix seed 70g, prepared aconite 25g (boiled first), fried licorice 30g, red peony root 20g, astragalus 30g, codonopsis 20g, angelica 15g, juniper leaf 12g, woodruff 10g, chinese skullcap 18g, sea wind vine 10g, chicken blood vine 12g, frankincense 10g, myrrh 10g, achyranthes root 10g.

【Composition】Codonopsis 60g, angelica 60g, papaya 60g, cyperus rotundus 60g, licorice 60g, dogwood 90g, whole scorpion 30g, kudzu root 30g, sweetgrass 30g, centipede 20 pieces, wasp nest 2 pieces.
【Usage】Grind into powder, mix with honey to make pills. Take 6g per dose, three times daily.
