🌿 Zhongyu Wine (Menstrual Irregularity)
[Formula] 150 grams each of Angelica sinensis (Dang Gui) and Polygala tenuifolia (Yuan Zhi), and 1500 milliliters of sweet wine.
[Preparation] First chop the whole Angelica root finely, mix evenly with Polygala, place in a cloth bag, put in a container, add sweet wine, seal tightly, soak for 7 days, then filter to remove residue—ready for use.
[Function] Activate blood circulation, unblock meridians, harmonize qi and blood.
