🌿 Massage to Relieve Eye Fatigue

Sit or lie supine. Close both eyes naturally. Then massage acupoints around the eyes in sequence. Ensure accurate point selection and gentle techniques, applying pressure until local soreness and distension are felt.
1. Rub Tianying Point:
Use the thumbs of both hands to gently rub Tianying Point (located below the eyebrow, at the outer upper corner of the eye socket).
2. Press and Squeeze Jingming Point:
Use one thumb to gently press Jingming Point (at the nasal root, adjacent to the inner corners of both eyes). First press downward, then squeeze upward.
3. Rub Sibai Point:
Use the index finger to rub Sibai Point (located at the center of the cheek, directly below the eye socket, one horizontal finger down).
4. Press Taiyang Point and Circle-Rub the Eye Socket:
Use the thumb to press Taiyang Point (one horizontal finger behind the midpoint between the eyebrow end and outer corner of the eye). Then use the inner side of the second joint of the bent index finger to lightly circle-rub the eye socket in order: inner upper → outer upper → outer lower → inner lower, ensuring stimulation of acupoints such as Zanzhu, Yuyao, Sizhukong, Tongziliao, Qubin, Chengqi. This is beneficial for pseudo-myopia or preventing further progression of myopia.
