🌿 Benefits of Earlobe Massage

The earlobe is referred to by medical experts as a "miniature human body." Various parts of the ear correspond physiologically to internal organs. Below are several common earlobe fitness techniques. Regular practice can regulate bodily functions, boost immunity, aid disease prevention, promote blood circulation in the ears, and help alleviate age-related tinnitus and hearing loss.
Pinch the Earlobe: Face your palms toward the earlobes, rotate clockwise 20 times, then counterclockwise 20 times. Switch to the other ear and repeat. Do this 3 times in the morning and evening. Apply moderate pressure—aim for redness and engorgement of the earlobes.
Pinch the Ear Flap: Also known as the "small ear," pinch the ear flap alternately with thumb and index finger, releasing repeatedly. Perform 20–30 times per side. Avoid excessive force—target redness and engorgement.
Relax the Earlobe: Place palms facing the earlobes, gently press inward toward the ear canal, then release softly. Repeat continuously. Start with 3–5 minutes per session, gradually increasing to 5–10 minutes. Do twice daily—morning and evening.
Twist the Ears: Gently insert the index finger into the outer ear canal and rotate back and forth 20 times each. Maintain even pressure and moderate speed. Avoid damaging the skin. Never do both ears simultaneously—alternate left and right.
Ear Pulling Over the Head: Every morning after waking, use your right hand to pull the left earlobe upward 21 times. Regular practice helps prevent premature graying, hearing loss, keeps the body light and the mind sharp, and promotes health and longevity.
