🌿 Simple Therapy for "Lumbar Sprain"

"Lumbar sprain" is a common condition caused by improper posture, excessive force, overextension, or external impact leading to soft tissue injury.
If a lumbar sprain occurs, consider the following methods:
Massage Method
Have the affected person lie face down. A family member uses both palms to rub and press along both sides of the spine, moving downward from the upper back to the buttocks, then continuing down to the posterior thigh and calf muscles. After several rounds, apply firm thumb pressure and rubbing directly on the most painful spot.
Back Carrying Method
Have the person stand back-to-back with a family member, bending elbows and interlocking arms. Then, the caregiver bends forward and lifts the patient onto their back, gently swaying left and right while encouraging the patient to kick their feet upward. Continue for about 3–5 minutes, then rest briefly before repeating. After several repetitions, back pain gradually improves. Perform this daily until full recovery.
Warm Compress Method
Heat salt or sand in a pan, wrap it in cloth, and apply it to the injured area. Apply for 30 minutes, twice daily. Be careful not to burn the skin.
External Medicinal Application
Take fresh ginger, hollow out the inner part, fill it with finely ground realgar, seal tightly, and bake on a tile until the ginger turns dark yellow. Let cool, grind into powder, sprinkle on a wound-dressing plaster, and apply to the affected area. Remove the medicine once pain subsides.
