🌿 Ear Acupoint Embedding with Beans for Chronic Insomnia

Ear acupoint embedding with beans is a simple, safe, and effective method with good results for insomnia. Specific method: Patients can refer to an ear acupoint map to locate the Shenmen, Liver, Gallbladder, Spleen, Stomach, Heart, and Kidney points. Then use raw Wangbuliuxing (a traditional herb) for ear acupoint embedding. First, disinfect the ear acupoint or auricle. After drying, use tweezers to pick up adhesive tape with embedded raw Wangbuliuxing, align it precisely with the acupoint, and press firmly. Apply slight pressure during placement, holding for several seconds. Each application can remain for 3–5 days. During this period, patients should press the site 2–3 times daily. A course lasts five days. When trying this remedy, alternate between both ears. In places where raw Wangbuliuxing is unavailable, millet can be used as a substitute.
