🌿 Remedies for Insomnia 12

250 grams of beef, 20 grams each of lotus seeds, Chinese yam, Poria, jujubes, 30 grams of fennel, and a little salt. Wash beef, cut into chunks, boil with lotus seeds in pot with sufficient water. When half-cooked, add Poria (wrapped in cloth), jujubes, fennel, sliced Chinese yam (washed), and salt. Slow-cook until beef becomes tender. This dish is fragrant, tender, rich yet not greasy. Strengthens spleen and qi, nourishes essence and calms the spirit, suitable for patients recovering from illness with qi and blood deficiency.<Insomnia>
